Absolutely blown away how great the service was. We were in a bind and Scott’s immediately stepped up two days later they picked the car up and less than 24 hours after that it was at its destination. The driver was professional and nice. I will use them from now on. What a great experience.
Response from the owner:Thank you Mary. We appreciate your patience and trust in us.
Tim was the driver we had and he was very much a professional driver. He was accommodating, courteous, very helpful showed up when he said he was gonna show up. Everything basically went without a hitch. If we ever had to do this type of thing again we would definitely use the same service.
Response from the owner:Awesome. Thank you for sharing your experience. We value your trust.
My work pickup truck broke down in Salt Lake City. I tried everything to tow it back home to Missouri myself. No piece of rental equipment could handle a truck this size. I found Scott’s Auto Carrier online. Ms. Melissa and Ms. Rhonda were not only Godsends, but they were extremely professional. I had a quote the same day I requested and in less than 24 hours my tuck was on a transport with driver Mykhailo en route home and delivered the following day. Everything was seamless. While my situation is not the norm, these folks stepped up and made it happen. Oh, and it was 1/3rd the cost of my boss handling it in house! If you need an auto transport for any reason there is absolutely no other choice than Scott’s Auto Carrier!
